Each family is required to bring in at least $75 in sponsorships for the summer season.

Sponsorships can come from anyone, a local business, a friend, or a family member who owns a business. You are simply asking them to support the swim team with a donation of $75 or more.

If you prefer not to collect sponsorships, you may opt out by paying $75 per family in addition to your registration fees.

Incentives this year:

• If your family brings in $500 or more in sponsorships, your registration fees will be waived.
• The swimmer who brings in the highest total sponsorship amount will receive a gift card prize.

All sponsorship money (or opt-out payments) is due no later than June 5th.

Sponsorships start at $75 (Bronze) and increase to $125 (Silver) and $250 (Gold), with each level offering more visibility such as ads in the All-Stroke program, recognition on the website, team banner, sponsorship board, team t-shirt, and even Facebook shoutouts for higher levels. There is also a $25 “good luck” message option, and in-kind donations may count toward sponsorships.

Sponsorship forms will be handed out at the parent meeting or be available during practice
